Matthew Rukgaber This album by Major Urges rocks harder than the previous one. It has much more of punk feel. The first 6 songs are akin to The Hives or Turbonegro. Tracks 7 and 8 are more QotSA-ish. It then returns to walking a fine line between pop-punk and deathpunk. Great vocals and songwriting. Favorite track: Fake Blood.

deycalmezuz Who the Fuck are Major Urges?
Well, let me just tell you this is pretty much the sound of garage rock that became extremely popular in the 2000s. How this one did not gain mainstream success (yet!) is completely beyond me.
In particular because there is not a single weak track on this release.
Score: 16/16 Favorite track: All In Your Mind.
